Williams Sour
- 1.5 cl Williams Reserv
- 2.4 cl lemon juice
- 3.3,5 cl sugar syrup
- 4.Thyme
How to mix it
Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
Close the shaker tightly and shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
Open the shaker and strain the cocktail through a sieve into a prepared glass to remove the ice.
Garnish the cocktail with thyme.
