- Gravensteiner apples are grown in the family orchard.
- Matured in barrels with the Solera system. The result is a distillate with a warm and velvety taste, rich in elegant and sumptuous vanilla notes.
- Mild and full of promise on the nose. In the mouth, complex and fruity. Ripe apple aromas combine with calm wood tones. Long lasting finish. Excellent with dark chocolate.
