Pinecones’ extract, hand-picked on the slopes of the White Horn, makes this gin unmistakable.
From Termeno, South Tyrol, looking eastward, you can see the pale slopes of the White Horn shining in the spring sun.
From these slopes come the pinecones, which reach ideal maturity after three years and are carefully harvested by hand in the summer. These pinecones give Z44 - Distilled Dry Gin its unique authenticity.
Fresh lime notes and a variety of alpine and Mediterranean herbs and flowers from the Alpine area complement the fresh pine aroma, resulting in an innovative Distilled Dry Gin.
The typical notes of juniper are complemented by yarrow, violet root, and gentian root. The essence: pinecone is distilled in a small still to create this unique Alpine Gin.
