This wine captivates with its bright yellow colour with green hues. It delights the nose with a complex interplay of fresh apple to mature tropical fruits. On the palate, it impresses with its elegant richness and density, elegance, sappiness and great length.

WINE GROWING AREA
These Pinot Blanc vines grow in Bassa Atesina and in the municipality of Renon at a height of 450-650 m. They are cultivated with the guyot system with about 7500 plants per hectare. The soil is mixed from gravelly clayey to morenic with porphyry deposits.
HARVEST AND YIELD
The carefully hand picked grapes are harvested from late September to mid October, with a yield of 50 hectolitres of wine per hectare.
VINIFICATION
After a short maceration period of 2-4 hours, the selected Pinot Blanc grapes are gently pressed. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 17°C for about 12 days. The refining on fine yeasts lasts for another 7 months.
RECCOMENDATION VERUS
Weissburgunder goes extremely well as aperitif and starters and fish dishes in all variations.
