- Sloes ripen in late autumn and are picked only after the first frost. The frost, in fact, makes the flavor of these fruits more harmonious.
- The sloe distillate delights the nose with rich marzipan notes embroidered with nuances of aromatic hay and hints of pulpy plum.
- The palate is full, rich with marzipan notes and extremely persistent. It goes well with walnuts and Christmas cookies.
