Open Distilleries
Every year on the first Sunday of October, Italy’s Distilleries open their doors. Durin guided tours through the distilleries, tastings of the best grappas, the finest liqueurs and the noblest fruit distillates in combination with selected culinary delicacies, the visitor is given the unique opportunity to look the master distiller’s shoulder.
We celebrate the art of distillation. Our mission is to give people the chance to discover the infinite variety of fragrances and aromas captured in every drop of our grappas and distillates. It is precisely under this motto that visitors learn more about the production and special features of grappa with the South Tyrolean quality mark. The day of Open Distilleries begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. and is open to anyone interested in discovering the art of distilling and taking a look behind the scenes.
This year we invite you on a culinary journey in which the elegance of our grappa combines with the art of sushi preparation.
