South Tyrol's most popular winter lodges
Huge celebrations among the winners: victory goes to the Pichlerhütte in the Gitschberg ski area, second place to the Prantneralm near Sterzing, and third place to the Freundalm in Ratschings.
Over 23,000 votes were cast for the winning establishments. From January 15 to February 8, online users had the opportunity to vote for their favorite mountain lodge every day and at the same time take part in the prize draw for attractive prizes. Almost 300 winter lodges took part in the voting. On February 29th, the winners were honored in a festive setting at the Roner headquarters in Tramin.
The prestigious seal of quality of "South Tyrol's most popular winter lodge" goes to:
- 1st place and thus the award "South Tyrol's most popular winter lodge" to the Pichlerhütte in the Gitschberg ski area in Meransen
- 2nd place to the Prantneralm in Sterzing
- 3rd place to the Freundalm in Ratschings
"We are simply surprised and delighted! A big thank you to our guests and friends who voted for us, to our team, and to First Avenue and Roner for the great initiative," said a jubilant Matthias Hofer Grünfelder from the Pichlerhütte as he was presented with the winner's trophy and a Bombardino gift package from Roner with a total value of over 1,000 euros, which went to the 3 winners.
In addition to the main winners, the 20 best-placed lodges were also awarded with the First20 certificates. So there was also reason to celebrate for the following participants:
