- This aged Grappa Cabernet is the result of constant research towards new horizons and the outcome of decades of experience in the art of distillation. Aging in French oak barrels. Original from South Tyrol by Roner. Supplied in elegant single package.
- Made from high-quality regional pomace, through the double distillation process Grappa Cabernet captivates with its harmonious, fine, and fruity notes.
- The gentle bain-marie and the exceptional marc’s characteristics have resulted in the distillation of an intense, rich, and structured grappa whose aromas meld into a velvety smoothness.
- When tasted, Grappa Cabernet surprises with a complex structure, velvety on the palate, lingering and slightly woody towards the end. Faithful to its temperament, the 12 months aged Grappa Cabernet is particularly well suited to accompany a pipe or cigar.
- Rich notes of vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, supported by a soft, enveloping body. Pairings: salmon and mild pecorino cheese. Perfect after a meal to enjoy its exquisite fragrances to the fullest.
