This Rosé fascinates with the brilliance of its color. With a delicate and inviting bouquet it is characterized by the freshness and elegance of a white wine combined with the delicate spiciness, juiciness and fruitiness of a young red wine to drink.
GRAPE
Cuvée of local red grape varieties
WINE GROWING AREA
These vines are cultivated with guyot and pergola. They mature on clay and sandy soils at an altitude between 220 and 450 meters.
VINIFICATION
The freshly picked grapes are destemmed and, before fermentation begins, subjected to a technique that ensures the passage of coloring compounds from the skins to the must and that gives our wine its characteristic bright pink color. The must is then fermented in a steel tank at a temperature of 16°C.
RECCOMENDATION
Rosè is a refreshing summer wine that goes well with appetizers and light dishes.
